I was home on the afternoon of 01/16/2009 with my family and was about to leave to go to work. It was extremely cold that day. To my dismay I realized that my furnace had stopped working properly. I immediately called AEMS and spoke to Mike. He told me he had a technician in the area and would dispatch him immediately. The technician arrived in less than 30 minutes and repaired the furnace on the spot by installing a new blower motor. The heat was restored and I was able to go to work later that afternoon. I did not know what it would cost to correct the problem when I called. Whatever the cost might have been I felt that I would be treated fairly and the work was needed anyway. When I received the bill I noticed a discount was given to me. I just wanted to let everyone know at your company how much I appreciated the service.  I cannot imagine anything more that a client could want beyond what was provided. Please let everyone know that I am thankful for what was done for my family.

My wife and I moved into our home in 2001 and had the AEMS Service techs check out our heating unit the following year. They cleaned and serviced our heater professionally and affordably. In the past few years we have had AEMS Service come with little notice as in the case where we needed our air conditioning to be serviced during our family reunion. We also had required a few other unexpected maintenance calls. Each visit was done by a professional and highly trained staff in which we were pleased with the service provided. Two weeks ago on a Saturday night our heat stopped working and a service tech was dispatched; within 2 hours the tech corrected our issue with a parts change. Bill, the tech, saved us from a 20°F night and was a pleasure to have in our home servicing our unit. I thank AEMS for great service!
