We are a certified lead-based paint activities and renovation contractor, certified by the EPA under the EPA/Hud-Model lead based paint safety renovation, repair and painting regulations. This is pursuant to the 24 code of the federal regulations, part 35, per 40 CFR, part 745, subchapter E, and per 40 CFR part 745.225.

What this means to you, our customer, is that anytime we do a repair, upgrade, or new HVAC or plumbing system, we will assess the possibility that lead-based paint may be disturbed by, or involved with, a project.

If it is so determined, AEMS is qualified to address this problem in a safe and legal manner.
