I have been in the property management business for over twenty years and have had to do business with some "unique" companies. It seems like yesterday that I became acquainted with AEMS. I had been working at a property which had nine boilers, with various configurations and wasted a large amount of energy. I called AEMS to determine what could be done to reduce our costs. I always tease them about the biggest tool they use is a legal pad. The legal pad comes in handy for AEMS; they gather a large amount of information in order to provide a solution to your concerns. We determined what could be done to reduce costs and put the AEMS system in place and started to see results. This is just one way they have reduced costs for properties I have managed over the years. I recommend them whenever possible. I believe they treat everyone fairly and with respect.
